Xiangshan Chuangyi Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in the Daxu Industrial Zone along Xiangshan Port, a picturesque coastal area rich in natural resources. The company is conveniently situated next to a highway access road, just a half-hour drive from Ningbo, offering excellent transportation links. We are a specialized enterprise integrating non-ferrous metal casting, mold design and development, and machining. Our facility covers an area of over 20 mu and has a building area of more than 10,000 square meters.
The company owns dozens of pieces of equipment, including automated low-pressure casting machines, gravity casting machines, and liquid extrusion presses ranging from 200 to 630 tons. It is also equipped with sophisticated inspection instruments such as spectral metallographic analyzers and X-ray flaw detectors. In addition, the company has a range of machining equipment to meet customers’ diverse processing requirements. The company has successfully passed the national environmental protection acceptance for clean production enterprises and obtained quality system certifications including ISO9001:2015 and ISO/TS16949.
Our company’s aluminum alloy products—produced via liquid low-pressure casting, gravity casting, squeeze casting, sand casting, and certain high-pressure casting processes—are widely used in high-tech industries such as construction machinery, high-speed trains, medical devices, automobiles, wind power, radar systems, and shipbuilding. We are now capable of casting single pieces weighing up to approximately 300 kg using metal molds, producing sand-cast parts weighing up to 15 tons with external dimensions approaching 4 meters, and have mastered the casting characteristics of the ZL201 material. In particular, our newly introduced and innovated liquid squeeze casting technology and equipment have enabled us to meet performance requirements for castings that are difficult to achieve through other processes. The air-tightness and mechanical performance tests of high-precision components—including brake air cylinders for high-speed locomotives, vacuum pump bodies, and automotive cylinder blocks and cylinder heads—have all passed rigorous examinations conducted by authoritative testing agencies, and these products are gradually being adopted in various applications. Our company boasts strong technical expertise and is jointly conducting preliminary research with Tongji University in Shanghai on lightweight vehicle designs and high-strength, lightweight alloy castings. Among our existing cooperative clients, our products have consistently received high praise.

Development History
2004
At its inception, the company primarily relied on sand casting processes. It mainly provides supporting production for Zhejiang Yinlun Company, manufacturing various products such as intake manifold branches and intercooler air chambers.
2006
We have established a collaborative partnership with Tongji University in Shanghai and become a pilot unit for its new research projects. Through this collaboration, the company is also comprehensively enhancing its overall technological capabilities. Meanwhile, the company has introduced liquid extrusion manufacturing technology, most notably through the successful development of high-speed rail brake air reservoir products.
2008
The company has successfully developed core components for Harley-Davidson motorcycles—such as cylinder heads and cylinder blocks—as well as new-energy motors—by introducing low-pressure casting technology.
2012
We have established a machining sub-factory to further integrate “casting + machining” into a seamless operation. Our process system has become more comprehensive, and our product positioning has shifted toward the mid-to-high end market. Representative products include new-energy motor housings, battery boxes, and wind turbine bases, among others.
2017
Entering a phase of rapid development, we have added new low-pressure machines, CNC equipment, and testing devices, and are further enhancing our environmental protection and automation upgrades. Our quality system has been upgraded to ISO9001:2015 and is now operated in compliance with the IATF16949 standard.
2022
We’ve launched an expansion of the plant and are rolling out new processes. The 3D-printed sand-shell process is helping to accelerate new product validation and shorten customers’ development cycles. Currently, we’ve established a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise integrating “mold development + primarily low-pressure and gravity casting, supplemented by sand casting and high-pressure casting + 3D-printed verification + precision finishing.”
